These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the room booking services provided herein. By making a reservation on our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Mandatory Identity Proof (Government Regulations)
• In compliance with local law enforcement and Ujjain District Administration guidelines, every guest staying at the property must present a valid government-issued photo identity proof at the time of check-in.
• Accepted IDs: Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Driving License, or Passport.
• PAN Cards are NOT accepted as valid address proof.• Foreign nationals must present a valid Passport and Visa, and cooperate in completing Form C regulations as mandated by the Government of India.
• Failure to provide valid ID will result in the immediate cancellation of the booking without any refund.
2. Standard Check-in and Check-out Timings
• Standard Check-in Time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
• Standard Check-out Time: 10:00 AM
• Early Check-in & Late Check-out: Subject to room availability and will attract additional charges. Guests arriving early are advised to notify the property in advance, especially during peak Mahakal Darshan hours.
3. Occupancy and Extra Guest Policy
• The standard room tariff applies to double occupancy (2 adults per room) unless stated otherwise.
• Children below 5 years can stay complimentary without an extra bed.
• Any additional guest above 5 years will be charged extra as per the property’s current tariff framework, and an extra mattress/bed will be provided.
4. Special Guidelines for Peak Seasons & Festivals
• During major religious festivals in Ujjain (such as Mahashivratri, Sawan Maas, Kartik Mela, or Shahi Sawari days), heavy traffic restrictions and crowd management protocols are enforced by the local authorities.
• The hotel/website is not responsible if guests face delays in reaching the property due to police barricading, route diversions, or transport strikes.
• Bookings made during these festival periods are strictly Non-Refundable and Non-Changeable.
5. Rights of Admission & Guest Conduct (Local Culture)
• The management reserves the absolute Right of Admission. Rooms will not be provided to individuals or groups acting suspiciously, misbehaving, or violating local cultural decorum.
• Strict Prohibitions: Consumption of alcohol, smoking, and bringing non-vegetarian food inside the hotel premises are strictly prohibited to respect the spiritual environment of the holy city of Ujjain.
6. Payment, Tariffs, and Advance Booking
• Room tariffs displayed on the website are dynamic and subject to change based on seasonal demand without prior notice.
• To secure a guaranteed booking, guests must pay the advance amount specified during checkout.
Once paid, a digital booking voucher will be shared via Email/WhatsApp.
• All balance payments must be cleared at the time of check-in. In case of any online payment dispute or unauthorized chargeback claim, the booking voucher will stand canceled immediately.
7. Limitation of Liability & Luggage Safety
• While we strive to ensure a seamless experience, ujjainhotels.in shall not be held liable for any failure to provide services due to acts of God, sudden power failures, water shortage, or government restrictions beyond our control.
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables. The management is not liable for any loss or damage to guest luggage.
8. Jurisdiction and Legal Disputes
• Any dispute, claim, or legal action arising out of bookings made through this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts located in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, India.
